Wet Spot On Carpet In Apartment

Two nights ago i noticed one small wet spot probably 3x3 inches or so on my carpet.

At first it was just a small wet patch and thought maybe i d spilled something. Here s a way to get them green clean. They just look like someone dropped some oil drops here and there. Blot first go for water second.
