Wet Vinyl Install

The wet method is usually recommended for the larger simple designs and any application where the application surface is recessed or embossed ie.

Just a little bit of dish soap in water is all you need to help install without bubbles. Slower than the dry method but no air bubbles. Tape vertically in the middle to create a hinge. Small vinyl lettering and decals should be installed dry.

The dry method as its name indicates does not use fluid but rather depends on the skill of the installer to correctly position the film.
